About Us

Our Source

FitFish comes from Wild Alaska Pollock, responsibly harvested from the pristine, nutrient-rich waters of Alaska’s Bering Sea. Immediately after harvest, whole pollock fillets are frozen together into blocks to lock in peak freshness and natural flavor.

These blocks are then precision-cut into perfectly sized portions that are simple to cook, easy to portion, and ready to serve — delivering clean, consistent protein every time.

The Origin

FitFish was born at sea aboard an American Seafoods vessel, when a fitness-focused crew member asked a simple but powerful question:

“Why are we eating anything else when we’re surrounded by the cleanest, leanest protein nature has to offer?”

That moment sparked the idea for FitFish.

Today, FitFish is more than seafood — it’s a commitment to performance, purity, and the power of nature.

Whether you’re training, competing, or simply striving to feel your best, FitFish helps you eat clean, stay strong, and perform at your best.
