*Pan Fry (*Preferred Cooking Method)
From Frozen: Remove from packaging. Preheat a pan over medium‑high heat. Add 1 tablespoon canola oil. Sear the fish for 4 minutes on one side without moving it. Turn over and season as desired. Reduce heat to medium‑low, cover, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Using Oven
From Frozen: Remove from packaging. Season as desired, then bake at 400°F for 12-14 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 155°F.
From Thawed: Remove from packaging. Season as desired, then bake at 400°F for 16-18 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 155°F.
Using Air Fryer
From Frozen: Remove from packaging. Season as desired, then air fry at 350°F for 13–14 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 155°F.
From Thawed: Remove from packaging. Season as desired, then air fry at 350°F for 10-11 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 155°F.
