What are the portion sizes?

Each FitFish portion weighs 3.48 oz.
They are sold in 10.44‑lb packages, containing 48 individual portions.

How long does FitFish last in the fridge or freezer?

FitFish is sold and shipped frozen.

  • Freezer: Shelf life of 18 months when kept frozen.
  • Fridge: Keep frozen until ready to cook, or thaw safely and cook within the recommended time.

Why is FitFish rectangular in shape? 

FitFish fillets are frozen into a rectangular shape directly on the vessel. This shape allows us to:

  • Flash‑freeze immediately for freshness
  • Pack and ship efficiently (sending fish, not air)
  • Produce consistent portion sizes
  • Keep FitFish affordable

Is FitFish sustainable?

Yes. FitFish is made from Wild Alaska Pollock. The rectangular format reduces packaging waste and shipping emissions.

Wild Alaska Pollock has a high net protein utilization (NPU)—meaning the body absorbs and uses its protein efficiently. Its NPU is higher than beef, milk, or soy, and comparable to eggs.
